I regularly used to order from Eco,Car tissue and other items.Recently i ordered some tissues i received the facial tissue and the above image tissue box in damaged condition. i wanted to gift to a close friend but then i took the photos while unboxing the parcel and send to your team. you didnt accept to replace or refund saying that i should have done within 24 hours. As a customer service aspect you should have done the replacement or refund as a service gesture for a regular customer. but your telecaller person denied it. Very dissapointed.
